INTERPERSONAL MEDIATION

I am a highly skilled and accredited interpersonal mediator with extensive experience in conflict resolution. My training in the UK has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to help individuals and organisations effectively navigate difficult interpersonal situations.

As a seasoned professional, I have honed my skills in active listening, effective communication, and creative problem-solving to achieve successful outcomes for my clients. With a proven track record of success, I am confident in my ability to facilitate productive and positive dialogue, help parties find common ground, and create lasting solutions to complex issues.

In my role as a mediator, I may:

  • Meet with individuals or groups to understand the nature of their conflict or disagreement.

  • Help the parties involved communicate effectively and express their concerns, needs, and interests.

  • Identify areas of agreement and disagreement and explore potential solutions.

  • Work with the parties to develop a mutually acceptable solution or agreement.

  • Facilitate the negotiation process and ensure that the parties are actively engaged in finding a resolution.

  • Provide guidance and support to help the parties implement the agreed-upon solution or plan.

  • Follow up with the parties to assess the effectiveness of the resolution and make any necessary adjustments.

My work as an interpersonal mediator can take place in a variety of settings, including workplaces, schools, community organisations, and family settings. My ultimate goal is to help people improve their relationships and create a more positive and harmonious environment for all involved.

The most powerful force in mediation is the willingness to listen and understand the other person's perspective. When we are willing to truly listen to and understand the other person's point of view, we can often find common ground and work towards a mutually beneficial resolution. By opening ourselves up to the possibility of seeing things from a different perspective, we can break down barriers and create more positive and productive relationships.
