“In mindfulness, one is not only restful and happy, but alert and awake.

Meditation is not evasion; it is a serene encounter with reality.”

- Thich Nhat Hanh

Mindfulness Is Not a One-Size-Fits-All Approach.

Workplace can be a stressful environment, whether a bigger or smaller enterprise, an NGO, a hospital, a school / college / university, a medical practice or a psychotherapy office.

Leaders & managers, educators, medical doctors and psychotherapists, amongst others, are encountered with a great deal of complexity, pressure & uncertainty in view of their daily interaction with their teams, students, patients and clients. Mindfulness training enables us to tackle interpersonal challenges and achieve focus, balance and productivity.

In different workplaces & professional groups, different mindfulness programmes apply.

Courses and workshops are designed and structured based on the specific needs and objectives of your organisation/profession. All courses and workshops are group-based and experiential; they provide education and training, aiming at using mindfulness methods both in the workplace and through all aspects of life.

Mindfulness practice gives us greater clarity and the ability to observe our own thoughts & emotions – not acting out on them automatically, as they arise. Training in mindful meditation means gradually applying empathy & kindness, opening ourselves to others’ viewpoint and conditions; this is what allows us to support & empower others, as well as ourselves.
